Last night Lisa attended the Art Of Elysium’s 2nd Annual Genesis Event in LA. She looked gorgeous rockin’ a pair of jeans and Jess’ red jacket! Check out the interview below where Lisa talks about the new album, favorite music right now and being in the recording studio.

Earlier this week Lisa jetted off to Sweden for some more recording and writing for The Veronicas new album – you can view a couple of photos of Lisa inside the recording studio here.
On Jess’ way to join Lisa in Sweden, her flight had a major mechanical failure and had to return to LA. Jess tweeted “Right side of the engine failed, plane drops, fuel spills out over the wing, and before I know it I’m back in La…..” – I’m SO glad that Jess is okay :) I’m sure you’ll all agree! After about a days delay, Jess is now on her way to Sweden again and should be arriving there within a few hours.

Yesterday on twitter Lisa showed off her pretty new hair! Lisa has gone for a shorter Brown/Auburn look – and I think it looks great :) You can check out Lisa’s photos here.

Rising star Michael Paynter has explained how he roped The Veronicas into his latest single Love The Fall.

The Aussie pop act aka Lisa and Jess Origliasso sing backing vocals on the anthemic rock track and also appear in the music video with Lisa playing an angel figure and Jess a devil.

Lisa shared some exciting news on her twitter today, giving us a time frame for new album, single and…TOUR!. she tweeted that we can expect the single release to be around August/September, album release around October/November, and a tour around September/December!!

Most of you would know that Carney is in Australia at the moment to promote the release of their new album (Mr. Green Volume 1, which can be purchased at all good music stores), and to make a couple of appearance while they’re in the country. Jordana from Nova interviewed the Carney boys yesterday, and has posted the videos/stories on the Nova site.
